Well let’s see, all we have left on the usual Market updates is the Decorations, followed by the Mystery Game exploration! Let’s go!
Tonight’s Decorations tab is staying away from the incredibly expensive FV Cash items, instead opting for mid-tier stuff – something we would like to see more of, personally. The first item we will take a look at tonight is the Entranced Tree, a decorative piece (i.e. non-Masterable) that looks like it has been T.P.’d by all of the fairies in the forest. Of course, the toilet paper is glowing gold, which is a really weird substance to use as toilet paper, but it looks like a fairy frat party has just went down, nonetheless. This is 8 FV Cash, which is too steep for something that is so standard; pretty, yes, but we expect a little more “oomph” for our hard-earned FV Cash.
Next up is the most expensive item sold solely on the Market’s Decorations tab of the evening, the Leaves Fountain. Our readership base both loves and hates the Fountains in the game, with one side claiming that they are a waste of space and time while the other side of the coin thinks they are the bee’s knees, collecting every one that hits the Market. As much as we like the Leaves Fountain, which reminds us a little of the Rainbow Fountain from earlier in the year in terms of design, it is definitely not worth the 15 FV Cash it costs – even for the bonus 1,500 XP.
Let’s get to the stuff most of you can afford now, starting out with a Coin item that will catch the eye of several farmers looking to get a fancy look from their neighbors on the cheap. The Pebble Stone Pond can be purchased for only 100,000 Coins, giving you a decent non-animated piece that can be rotated to complement any garden look you’re aiming for. The Pebble Stone Pond is in the shape of an 8, so we recommend picking up two of them and rotating one to get two distinct looks from the same item – all while using symmetry to your advantage.
To round out the Decorations tab this evening, let’s take a look at a FV Cash item and a Coin item. To the left is the Magic Rings II, a fully animated item that either debuted in the Fairy Tale theme or it looks a lot like a Decoration from the past, that’s for sure. Sunbeams find a circle of toadstools in this animated piece that projects fireflies in the air. It’s worth the cost. On the right is the much smaller “touch up” Decoration, the Purple Flax Leaves. These are best used to scatter around your farm to give it a look of the wilderness.
